RUA 2019: Jõgevamaa

The 2nd edition of the RUA festival took place from the 14th until the 20th of June in Jõgevamaa: Jõgeva, Põltsamaa, and Mustvee municipalities. The cultural program of the festival included a lecture on street art, a stencil workshop for children, a community wall painting workshop, and a tour to the finished wall paintings.
