RUA 2018: Põlvamaa
Summer 2018 marks the very first year of the Rural Urban Art street art festival. The festival took place in Põlvamaa from the 9th until the 14th of July and was a gift for the centenary of the Estonian Republic.
During the festival week artists from Estonia and abroad created 8 wall paintings. Additionally, the week offered a cultural program with activities for the local community: a community wall painting workshop, a stencil workshop, a tour to visit the finished wall paintings, community picnic and discussion with the artists.
