

RUA 2026: 11 artists from 10 countries in Pärnu
The RUA International Street Art Festival is returning for its ninth edition, bringing a burst of color and creativity to the streets of Pärnu. From May 25th to 30th, 2026, this traveling festival will transform the landscape of Pärnu’s city center and its surrounding areas.
This year’s lineup features 11 artists from 10 different countries. Over the course of one week, the artists will produce 10 permanent murals across multiple locations, including a youth and sports center, a library, and schools.
The 2026 festival spans from the heart of Pärnu to Paikuse, Jõõpre, and Tõstamaa. Here is where the artists will be working on their new masterpieces:

11:00 – 14:00 | Open Street Art Workshop Join us for a hands-on creative session led by Pärnu artist Kryptik. Perfect for all skill levels! (Location to be announced).
15:00– 18:00 | Guided Wall-painting Bus Tour Hop on the festival tour bus for an exclusive look at the brand-new paintings. The tour will be guided by the festival artists themselves, offering behind-the-scenes stories of their work. (Location of the start of the tour to be announced).
